Purchased systems grant a perpetual, non-transferable license to your customized instance; subscriptions grant access while active. Do I need the AI assistants?
Ivy and Legacy are both optional. CANOPY is fully functional without them. Ivy adds admin query capabilities for staff. Legacy adds a 24/7 bilingual parent chatbot that answers questions about hours, enrollment, policies, and events.
How long does deployment take?
Canopy is an immediate download. The full platform is provisioned to your environment the same day you purchase. Customization, branding, and a staff walkthrough run on your timeline from there.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. 50% down to start the project. Remaining 50% due at install. Payment plan option: 50% down, 25% at install, final 25% within 30 days.
