When someone in the office doesn't remember how to do something, CANOPY has a plain-language guide built in that walks through common tasks like posting a payment or withdrawing a student. Every family gets a portal for their child. A parent enters the email address the school has on file and gets a one-tap sign-in link. From there they can see tuition balances, the calendar, documents, and messages from the office. There are no accounts to create and no passwords to remember.
If English is not the family's first language, the same information is available through a bilingual chatbot in Spanish, wired to the same records.
Ivy is CANOPY's optional AI admin assistant. Ask a question about your school in plain English and Ivy answers from your live records. She'll draft an email, generate a report card, check a family balance, or build a transcript on request. She runs on your own Google Cloud, so you only pay for what you use. Turn her on when you want her. CANOPY works without her.
CANOPY deploys into your school's own Google Workspace, and everything it generates lives there. Student records live in your own Google Sheets. Documents get saved to your Google Drive, in folders your staff can open directly. Nothing is on a Fabrizio Tech server that we control and you cannot.

BOOK A 30-MIN DEMOEach Fabrizio Tech system is licensed for the operation of your own institution. Your subscription grants access to your customized instance while active. The platform itself may not be resold, redistributed, or made publicly available in whole or in part.
We book a 30-minute call. You tell us how your school operates: grade levels, staff structure, enrollment process, tuition plan, how you communicate with parents. We ask the questions we need to build a version that fits.
We configure CANOPY around what you told us: branding, module labels written the way your staff talks, document templates that match what your office actually sends, tuition rules that reflect how you charge. Usually one to two weeks from consult to a working version in your account.
We walk your staff through it and you start using it. From there, we manage the platform, ship updates, and answer support questions. You focus on the students.
