Ready-to-run systems you subscribe to.
A complete business system that is already built. We set it up to your business, put your name and branding on it, connect it to what you already use, and launch it. You pay a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription. See the full list on the Platforms page.
Each one is built for a trade. Cypress is construction, Juniper is tile and flooring, Lemonade is cleaning, Clover is landscaping, Paprika is painting, Java is a coffee truck, Scallywag is quad and ATV rentals, Basil is a bakery or cafe, Canopy and Helix are schools, Medusa is a salon, Cira is a wellness practice or clinic, Carriage is non-emergency medical transport, Avia is a nonprofit, and Willow is a law practice. Setup covers your services, prices, roles, and wording, so most businesses fit without changes. If your operation needs something the platform does not do, we say so on the first call and either scope a small customization or point you to a custom build.
Yes. Every platform page has a live demo you can click through, and you can book a 30-minute walkthrough on our calendar from the Contact page.
Yes. Every system runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or computer. There is nothing to install and nothing to sync. Your staff open it on their own phones with their own logins.
Most platforms include a public site or booking page branded to your business, editable in place. The platform page for your trade lists exactly what is included.
Some platforms offer an optional assistant, always labeled as optional. It reads your own data (services, prices, policies, hours) and answers routine questions for customers or staff. It is never required, and the system works fully without it.
Pricing and Billing
Two shapes: setup plus subscription, or SaaS only.
Two shapes. Most platforms carry a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription: setup covers configuring the system to your business and launching it, and the subscription covers hosting, maintenance, updates, and support for as long as you stay a client. Some platforms run as SaaS only, with no setup fee: launch on the same day and pay only the monthly subscription. Each platform page carries its own numbers.

Hosting, maintenance, updates, and support. There are no separate infrastructure or hosting bills.
No. Third-party services you connect, such as a payment processor or a text-message provider, bill you directly at their own rates.
Yes. The subscription runs month to month. Your access to your instance ends when the subscription ends, and your records are yours: ask us and we will provide an export.
On custom builds and the corporate assessment, yes. Platform setup fees are small enough that they are paid in full when we begin. SaaS platforms have no setup fee to spread.
Yes. If you refer a business that becomes a client, you earn a commission. Details and sign-up are on the Affiliates page.
Setup and Launch
What happens after you say yes.
You send us your business information: services and prices, hours, people and their roles, logo and colors, and anything you want imported. We configure the system, connect it to the tools you already use, test it on desk and phone, and launch it.
Your business details, your logo, and the accounts you want connected (email, calendar, payment processor). If you have existing records in a spreadsheet, send them and we import them.
Yes. Every launch includes an owner walkthrough and a short session for each role, so the front desk, the crew, or the office each know their own screens.
Yes. Prices, services, wording, photos, and your public site are all editable in place from your own login. Larger changes to how the system works are scoped separately.
We run it for you. Hosting, maintenance, and updates are included in your subscription. The systems operate largely on their own: automated confirmations, scheduled reports, self-service portals. If you need larger changes later, we scope and price them separately.

Individually. Every custom project is scoped to the business, and you receive a written proposal with the price and the timeline before any work begins. There is no standard custom price.
Book a free 30-minute call and we scope the work with you at no charge. For a deeper cut before you commit, a consulting session ($250, credited toward the build) is for a founder-led company, and a corporate assessment ($599, credited toward the build) is for a company with a team.
We do. We build the system, host it, run it, and maintain it for you. Your data is yours: records, customers, everything you put in, exportable any time. If the subscription ends, your data goes with you and the system stays with us. On custom builds, a buy-outright option is available by quote.
Enterprise software charges thousands per year, keeps your data behind its terms, and gives you features designed for everyone. A system built for your operation does exactly what your operation needs, on tools your team already uses, at a fraction of the enterprise cost.

A working session for a founder-led company. We audit the back office and return with a written automation plan: what we would build, what it costs, and how long it takes. $250, credited toward your build. Details on the Consulting page.
A working assessment for a company with a team. We examine every department, set up example automations live, hand you a 14-day demo build of your highest-value system, and deliver a full build proposal. $599, credited toward your build, after a no-charge 30-minute meet. Technology, Data, and Security
What it runs on and who owns what.
Production-grade infrastructure: Node.js, PostgreSQL, React, Python, and cloud hosting, with real databases, real payment processing, and real security. The specific stack depends on what the system requires. Canopy is the one platform built on Google Workspace.
You do. Your records, customers, and accounts stay yours, and we can export them at any time. The running system, on a platform or a custom build, is granted by your subscription; if the subscription ends, your data comes with you and the system stays with us.
Every system runs on cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections, role-based logins, and database-level access rules, so each person sees only what their role allows. Payments are handled by your payment processor, never stored by us.
Yes. Email, calendar, payment processing, and text messaging are the common ones. We connect what your business already runs on during setup.
No. Each system is licensed for the operation of your own business. The platform may not be resold, redistributed, or made publicly available.
