Fabrizio Tech was started with a passion for helping people reclaim their time and save their energy for the people and things they love most.

I saw firsthand the overwhelm and anxiety that administrative work was causing the amazing entrepreneurs and business owners I cared about. Fabrizio Tech grew from my love of organizing, automating, solving process problems, and watching that overwhelm melt away.

We build custom, gorgeous, branded business systems for owners who run their own companies. Every system is shaped around the way the business already works, the people who use it, and where the owner wants to go next.

Our team brings together thirty-five years of operations, administration, and systems experience with creative guidance and practical sales support. You talk directly with the people listening, planning, and building.

I have spent thirty-five years making operations work better, from serving as executive assistant to a vice president at ESPN to working with small startups and everything in between.

I see the underlying system in every office. Turning it into a beautiful dashboard is my weird superpower. I scope and build every project we deliver around how your day works, what your team needs, and what would make the business easier to run.

I live in Virginia with my husband, our child, and two cats.

Melodie Joy Merritt and David Roy

Mel and David

MEL: CREATIVE, DESIGN, AND SALES · DAVID: ENGINEERING AND SYSTEMS

Mel and David are partners in life and in business. Together they run MJC Creative, and they bring creative thinking, practical experience, and an owner's point of view to the Fabrizio Tech team. They split their time between a sailboat in the Dominican Republic and a mountaintop in the Smoky Mountains.

Mel is often the first Fabrizio Tech voice you hear. She works in sales and consults on design, bringing her experience as a professional photographer and her artistic eye to our designs. She also runs Wanderlust, her luxury travel business, on our LIGHTHOUSE platform, so she knows the experience as both a business owner and a daily user.

David brings a structural engineering viewpoint and years of systems expertise in design, fabrication, and engineering. He understands how individual pieces work together to create a strong, dependable whole.
