CORPORATE AUTOMATION

Automate the Whole Operation. Not Just Your Inbox.

A working assessment for companies with a team. We audit your operation end to end, set up real automations while we are in it, and hand you a demo build of your highest-value system to run for two weeks. You leave with automations working, not a slide deck to file away.

BOOK A 30-MINUTE MEET

Start with a short, no-charge call. We get to know your operation and plan the assessment: what to examine, who should be in the room, and what your demo build should target.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

The Deliverable Is Yours to Keep.

Most corporate assessments hand you a strategy document. This one hands you an efficiency report, automations already running, and a live demo of the system we would build. Value on day one, whether or not you go further.

A WRITTEN AUTOMATION REPORT

A documented walkthrough of your operation with specific, prioritized ways to run it leaner. Process improvements, efficiency gains, and automation opportunities, written up plainly and yours to act on with or without us.

WORKING EXAMPLE AUTOMATIONS

A handful of small automations set up live during the assessment. Not mockups. Real software you can use, running when the session ends.

A 14-DAY DEMO BUILD

A working pilot of your highest-value system, running on your actual workflow for two weeks. You feel it in the real day-to-day before you commit to anything larger.

A FULL BUILD PROPOSAL

What we would build, what it costs, and how long it takes. Specific about the work, and honest about fit. The $599 credits toward it if you move forward.

WHAT WE EXAMINE

Every Department, End to End.

We look across the whole operation, not one desk. The systems, the workflows, and the seams between departments where work stalls and hours disappear.

OPERATIONS & REPORTING

The reports your team spends days compiling. Running themselves, on schedule, from data that is already flowing.

FINANCE & BILLING

Invoicing, approvals, revenue tracking, and records that stop resurfacing on someone’s desk every quarter.

CLIENT & CUSTOMER FLOW

Onboarding, confirmations, and handoffs generated the moment a client arrives. Nothing falls through the gaps between teams.

PEOPLE & HR

Recurring paperwork, approvals, and the parts of the job that live in people’s heads, captured and routed so everything survives transitions.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

The status updates and coordination that eat the week, streamlined so information moves without a meeting to move it.

THE BUSYWORK ITSELF

The ten-minute tasks that add up to half a workday across a team. Identified, replaced, and quietly removed from the calendar.

ADOPTION, NOT JUST DEPLOYMENT

The Build Is Half the Job. Your Team Using It Is the Other Half.

Most companies that invest in automation see little from it, and the reason is almost never the technology. It is that the team never fully moved onto the new way of working. A system nobody adopts is a cost, not an upgrade.

So we build for the people who will actually use it. Systems that fit how your team already works, on tools they already know, introduced in a way that sticks. We map who owns what, where the handoffs live, and how the day-to-day actually runs, then shape the build around that. When it ships, your team runs on it, and it keeps running when someone is out or moves on.

It is built to pay for itself.

A well-scoped automation is meant to return several times its cost inside the first year. We scope for that on purpose. We target the workflows that quietly cost you the most hours, and we prove the highest-value one with a live demo build before you commit to anything larger.

HOW IT WORKS

A Quick Meet, an Assessment, Then the Build.

01

THE 30-MINUTE MEET: NO CHARGE

A short call to understand your operation and plan the assessment. We map who should be in the room and what your demo build should target, then schedule the full session.

02

THE ASSESSMENT: $599

The working session across your operation. You leave with the written automation report, working example automations, a 14-day demo build of your highest-value system, and a full build proposal.

03

THE BUILD

If you move forward, the $599 is credited toward the build. We write the code, deploy the system, and bring your team onto it. Custom pricing, scoped to the complexity of the work. You own everything when it is done.

FAQ

Common Questions.

What is the difference between this and the $250 consulting plan?
Scope. The consulting plan is a founder-led automation plan for your back office. The corporate assessment covers a company with a team: multiple departments, working example automations set up during the session, a 14-day demo build, and adoption planning for your people. It is the right starting point when the whole operation needs to move, not one desk.
What happens on the free 30-minute meet?
We get to know your operation and plan the real assessment. We work out what to examine, who should be in the room, and what your demo build should target, then schedule the full session. There is no charge and no obligation.
Do I have to buy a build to get value?
No. The written automation report, the working example automations, and the demo build are yours from the assessment itself. If you never go further, you still leave with real improvements you can use. If you do move forward, the $599 is credited toward the build.
What is the 14-day demo build?
A working pilot of your highest-value system, running on your actual workflow for two weeks. It is real software, not a mockup, so you and your team can feel it in the day-to-day before committing to a full build.
What does the build cost?
Custom builds are priced separately, scoped to the complexity of the work, and the proposal you receive lays out the exact number and timeline. The $599 assessment fee is credited toward it. Payment plans are available.
What do you build on?
Google Workspace and the tools your team already uses. Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, and Calendar are common. Your team already knows these tools, so the system works from day one, and you own the code and the data on infrastructure you already pay for.
