Data. The demo seeds realistic data in the browser and saves your changes locally, so you can try every screen. Going live moves storage, accounts, real payments, and transactional email onto managed infrastructure.

Ownership. When you go live, the system runs in your organization's own accounts. You own the data and the deployment.

Who is Avia built for?
Membership organizations and nonprofits that run on volunteers: associations with clubs, chapters, and districts, service organizations, and foundations that manage members, dues, forms, grants, and programs. If your work today lives in PDFs, spreadsheets, mailed checks, and a login-gated resource folder, Avia pulls it into one place.
Do our officers and members need to be technical?
No. That is the point. Every action is clickable, labeled, and confirmed before anything permanent happens. The member portal is deliberately simple, and a built-in guide can explain any button in plain language. It is built for a volunteer to run, not an IT department.
Can we bring our existing member list over?
Yes. Import your roster from a spreadsheet with column mapping and a validation preview, so day one starts with your real members already in place. A template and a fallback club keep messy exports from stalling the import.
What happens at our annual officer handoff?
Avia is built around July turnover. The handoff workflow keeps the outgoing record intact and hands the incoming officers a system that already carries the year, so leadership changes without the data resetting to zero.
Where does our data live, and who owns it?
When you go live, Avia runs in your organization's own accounts. The members, the records, and the deployment belong to you. If we manage it for you, that hosting and maintenance is included in the monthly.
Can each club or district have its own page?
Yes. Each club and district can edit and publish its own public page, with a live preview and a read-only public link. Events and contacts flow in automatically, so twenty districts on twenty different website platforms can come home to one consistent place.
What about real payments and email?
The live demo is fully working software with sample data, so you can try every screen before you commit. When you go live, real dues payments, donations, and transactional email are turned on as part of the build, running on managed infrastructure covered by your monthly.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. 50% down to start the project, with the balance due at launch. A plan option is available: 50% down, 25% at launch, and the final 25% within 30 days.
