Visual grid of every room with real-time status — occupied, cleaning, maintenance, blocked. Front desk, housekeeping, and ownership see the same board.

EXCURSIONS

Schedule zipline, ATV, sailing, scooter, and any custom activity. Manage capacity, build guest lists, and confirm bookings — all from the same record as the reservation.

KITCHEN & DIETARY

Daily meal reports auto-generated from check-ins. Dietary alerts, allergy aggregation, and special requests carried through from the booking record.

COMMUNICATIONS

Branded email through your Gmail. Nine customizable templates and eight-step automated sequences. Generated invoices, receipts, and welcome packets. Broadcast announcements when you need them.

GROUPS & WEDDINGS

Multi-room coordination for weddings, retreats, and corporate bookings. Custom itineraries per group. Every guest in the group linked to the parent record.

FRONTEND

React 19, Vite, Tailwind CSS v4, React Router 7. Mobile-first PWA — installs to staff phones, works offline (essential for remote properties).

BACKEND

Node.js with Express 5, deployed on Google Cloud Run. Containerized, auto-scaling, scales to zero when idle. Fifty-seven API endpoints across fourteen route files.

DATA

Four Google Sheets workbooks — config, operations, comms log, guest history. Roughly ten million cell capacity. You own every row. No database to maintain.

AUTH

JWT with bcrypt-hashed passwords. Five roles — Owner, Front Desk, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Guide. Each role sees only the data and actions relevant to the job.

AUTOMATION

Six Google Cloud Scheduler jobs run daily — kitchen reports, email sequences, checkout detection, and more. Auto-deploys to Vercel and Cloud Run on every git push.

Each Fabrizio Tech system is licensed for the operation of your own business. Purchased systems grant a perpetual, non-transferable license to your customized instance; subscriptions grant access while active. The platform itself may not be resold, redistributed, or made publicly available in whole or in part.

Common Questions.

Who is MOSAIC built for?
Boutique resorts, eco-lodges, all-inclusive properties, retreat venues, and small luxury hotels — anywhere from roughly ten to fifty rooms with a mix of accommodations, food and beverage, and excursions or activities. The architecture is designed to onboard new properties with minimal setup.
What does it actually cost to run each month?
If you own MOSAIC outright, you self-host on Google Cloud Run (which scales to zero when nobody's using it), plus a small annual cost for a custom domain. If we operate it for you on the managed-monthly plan, hosting and infrastructure are included in your subscription. The Google Sheets data layer is included in your existing Workspace either way.
Where does my data live?
Inside your own Google Workspace. Four Sheets workbooks hold every reservation, room, guest record, and communication log. You own every row. We have no access after deployment.
Can MOSAIC be customized to my property?
Yes. Room types, package mix, excursion catalog, dietary categories, staff roles, and email templates are all configured during build. The system is designed to fit a range of resort shapes — from all-inclusive to room-only, from beachfront to jungle, from solo operator to a five-role team.
How long does deployment take?
Typically two to three weeks — branding, configuration, custom domain setup, owner walkthrough, and per-role staff training. The platform itself is already built; what we're doing is shaping it to your property.
What about the optional AI assistant?
An emerging feature. MOSAIC can integrate with Anthropic's Claude to suggest email drafts and template variants. You bring your own Anthropic API key and pay Anthropic directly. The whole platform runs the same without it.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. 50% down to start the project. Remaining 50% due at install. Payment plan option: 50% down, 25% at install, final 25% within 30 days.
